The products I received are damaged or not what I ordered, what do I do?

If you receive products that appear damaged or faulty, please inform us as soon as possible. Please send us a photo of the damage and our technical team will look into the matter.

If you have received a product that you did not order, as with damaged items please inform us as soon as possible and send us a photo of the item you received in error. We will do our best to correct the error.
